I’m glad to have found a great product for baking that can be stored at room temperature. Others have complained about the packaging, which can bend easily in transit and leak. Thankfully mine didn’t leak out out the top but it came close. The flavour is neutral. Excellent for cookies or dessert breads. I highly recommend, even over the Nutiva version.
