I've been taking these alongside flaxseed caps in place of fish-based omega 3 oils due to concerns over mercury contamination and other issues. So far, the combination seems to work. My health is in good shape and I don't detect any side effects. The vegan caps are easy to swallow. Great stuff.
This is the only Omega-3-6-9 brand I’ve been using for a long time. The fact that it’s vegan is a big advantage, since I’m vegan and don’t consume fish oil. The quality of the product is also very good. It was well packaged, and I stocked up while it was on sale.
i've read that this is better than omega 3 derived from fish but i don't know why everytime i take it. i have stomach sickness or nausea

The best omega3 oil I’ve ever used. Convenient, small package. Easy to store it anywhere. Very easy to consume the product. Doesn’t have any taste which is very good. Easy to open and easy to swallow. This is a product I order on iherb very often. Definitely recommend this product to people who prefer chia seed oil over fish oil. I was looking for a vegetarian alternative for omega 3 oil and chanced upon chia seed oil as an alternative. It seems to work and will continue to take to see the long term effect.
