Once start taking this you will see after 1 month that hair is growing faster, there is less hair falling out and it gets a bit thicker and shinier. Same with nails as they grow faster and don't break anymore. You can start with 1 per day but i would not go over 3. I usually take 1 at night The tabs could be big for someone to swallow but i have no problem. The smell of the tabs is as well potent but this doesn't bother me and the end i bought it to do the effect i require.
