I was glad to find this quality liquid melatonin. An expert recommended liquid before bed, because it goes more quickly into the body, and that made so much sense to me. And I have found it worked when the pills didn't! Just a gentle support to fall asleep, not like it knocks me out.

I use this for hair loss topically, so I can’t comment on the sleep benefits. Love that it is unflavoured.

I add this to a hair serum I buy on iHerb because topical melatonin has show in studies to reverse hair loss. I chose this particular product because it is the only liquid melatonin I could find without sweetener or flavouring. So far so good, and definitely excellent quality, with one caveat: the alcohol in it does slightly strip hair dye where applied. I will update as I progress.
