Provinal® Omega-7, 30 Softgels

I chose these as my source of Omega 7 because I had a bad reaction to the sea buckthorn in the gelatin softgel, as I am allergic to most animal products, I have to avoid gelatin. I have had no adverse reaction but cannot yet say if they are providing any benefit, as it's only been 1 week. They are expensive, especially taking two a day. Although 1 a day is the recommended dose on the bottle, with severe health issue I raised the dose. What I can say is that they are very 'clean' as my body is sensitive to any additives or poorly extracted oils, so I will continue to take them.

After Lasik surgery 15 years ago, I suffered from severe dry eye disease and spent a fortune on Doctors, prescription meds, ocular plugs and eye drops. My eyes were always red and sore... until I discovered Omega 7! I started off with seabuchthorn oil, but this concentrated form is better. Now, one or two of these a day (along with 1 gram of omega 3 fish oil) is all I need! I’m off the meds and rarely need eye drops. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended.

I take Provinol Omega 7 to combat chronic dry eyes, wrist and hand pains all from excessive computer and handheld device use. For me this works better than sea buckthorn, and I have to take 1 cap twice a day to be effective. Eases all shoulder and back muscle pains too. Great anti inflammatory that I now can't do without!

This is a concentrated source of healthy omega-7 palmitoleic acid, derived from anchovy and/or menhaden fish oil. Purified to express high levels of palmitoleic acid (C16:1n7) while removing Palmitic Acid (C16:0 - the bad actor present wherever Omega 7 is found). I got this as an alternate to my usual omega 7 supplement. It is made from fish instead of sea buckthorn oil and is a more concentrated form. The benefit is the same. I didn’t notice any taste. A good quality product in a small, easy to use plastic bottle.

I really liked this product. Quality is good. I usually use seabuckthorn berry oil in a dropper bottle, but sometimes caps are more convenient. For those cases this is good to have on hand. Omega 7 helps with dry eyes. Also helps keep my a1c stay in a good range. Recommend.

No complaints. I am assuming they work as intended. Packaging was good. No discoloration. No smell or weird taste.

Small capsules are good to swallow without any problem . No side effects like stomach pain etc Hope this will provide it’s positive effect for the fullest
