Cytokine Suppress® with EGCG, 30 Vegetarian Capsules

I think this is really good, but the dose per capsule is high. I split it up into two doses from each capsule. EGCG is very potent, I am not sure if high doses are beneficial or maybe even cause stress in the body.

Another excellent quality supplement from Life Extension. I suffer from severe allergies, immune issues that have become much worse during menopause and added this to help with the multiple drugs I'm prescribed that only help a little and have severe side effects. Life Extension are leaders in research, not just manufacturing supplements and I'm grateful for this. Favourite brand.

The brand from this company is usually great with quality and ingredients. I tried taking this for Ankylosing Spondylitis for about a week and I think there has been some slight improvement with pain but too soon to tell.The size of capsules are fine but it's quite expensive for only 30 capsules. One other thing I should mention which is concerning is since taking these, I have been getting pain in the testicle area which I have never felt before. It didn't happen straight away but it took 2 to 3 days to experience this. I have no idea if there is any correlation but I've stopped taking it a few days to see if the pain would subside and it has. I will try taking it again after a few days and if I experience the same issues I will stop taking these capsules.

The package was good although size could be bigger. Ingredient seems to be very high quality as with other Life Extension supplements that I tried. I had visible benefit with gastrointestinal difficulties I experienced that were coupled with a lot of various related symptoms. I would definitely order this supplement again.
