I drink 8oz aloe with lemon juice, cayenne, and celtic salt on an empty stomach to support immunity, digestion, and regularity. Lily of the dessert has a pretty mild taste and seems to be helping overall. The bottle is plastic so it's pretty durable and arrived in great condition.

This is my first time buying this aloe vera juice. I first learned about the benefits of drinking aloe vera juice (but not just any aloe vera juice) from a dietician. It worked as a laxative for me and that’s it. I only ordered one 946 ml bottle and have only taken it for about 2 weeks. I’m gonna order again to see if it makes a difference on my gut issues.

It was prescribed by the doctor to add one table spoon to a glass of water and take it once daily. I really felt improvment in my immune system. I don't know about the age, whether or not it can be given to kids (for this purpose consult your doctor please), but I am 39 years old, and helped me to a reasonable level Well packaged with the taste of the apple vinegar
This is a great way to get an extra vitamins and minerals. It's especially healing for your gut. I love to add it in with my morning electrolytes along with coconut water.
