I took it for breast pain & it was helpful but my it increased my cholesterol in short amount of time (never had high cholesterol before).

This had the highest amount of GLA from all the supplements on the site. So it's definitely "super". I have taken evening primrose in the past, but that gave me issues with my sleep; something about the ratios between gamma linoleic acid and linoleic acid. so this time, I opted for something higher in gla. I mean, the linoleic acid is still higher even in this bottle but at least the gla is high up there too. so far so good, I've taken it for a week and I'm sleeping okay.
