This seems like a quality Horsetail extract to me. I'm taking for my nails/bones/hair health. LOVE that it doesn't have any additives. I empty capsule into water - dissolves well - so I don't consume anything other than the contents. I'll continue to purchase this product.
I bought 2 bottles of it. It will help your hair to grow faster but I did not see that it thickens hair or strengthens the roots! I am a man 33 years old.

I have been taking Silica supplements from Bamboo and Horesetail( the herb nothing to do with actual horses) for some time now and I am excited to try this Nature's Life 300mg Vegetarian Capsule variety as previously my horsetail supplement was in tablet form so maybe this will be more easily absorbed.
