Melatonin Chewable, 3 mg, 150 Tablets

Brilliant delivery method of the melatonin! This is literally the ONLY product that I could find that has no flavour, and is chewable (my son can’t swallow tablets yet). We started with the 1mg patches, but the dose is now too small for him. Instead, he has x4 of these (12mg for his body height and weight as recommended be his paediatrician). He has ADHD, and needs to take melatonin to help him sleep at night. This helps somewhat, and to be honest, is the only option for him other than covering him with patches!!!! If you’ve read this far, congrats! I’m sure you can tell I highly recommend the Kirkman Labs Melatonin Chewable Tablets.

My partner uses it to help him fall asleep but as a shift worker, he can get up anytime and not feel completely out of it, hear his alarm etc. Shipping is fast and products are always reliable. Taste is sweet, tablets can be chewed, tablet size is small. Dosage: he usually takes 2-3 tablets. No smell.

I have no problem with my daughter taking this at night. It must taste pretty good because she takes it of her own accord, so that’s a win!

Existing for this product to arrive, my sleep quality decreased.. First night back with Kirkman Melatonin, I got 7hours quality sleep. It is a product that comes through with what it claims. I love it.

These are great, I give them to both my children at bedtime and they are asleep within minutes. My 5 year old who used to wake up anywhere between 2 and 6 times a night now sleeps through or wakes only once for the toilet. I myself have trouble falling asleep so have also started having two at bed time, I can literally feel my body relax and I fall asleep quickly. I always make sure we have a bottle spare - wouldn't be without it!

My 2 sons wouldn't be without their melatonin now. Thanks to this they get a good 8 hours sleep per night whereas prior to this they'd be laying awake at 1pm panicking they'd have only a few hours before they'd have to get up for school

The chewable tablets are convenient and easy to take, with decent quality and consistency. They do what they’re meant to do when used occasionally, but the dosage feels a bit strong for regular use, especially for sensitive sleepers. Overall, it’s a solid product, but I think adjusting the dose makes a big difference in the experience.
