I started taking this to try to combat my fine hair and help it to grow. I've always had very thin fine hair. As I've gotten older it has seemed to get even more thin. Sometimes I would go through cycles where I would have a lot of hair loss in the shower. I started eating low carb but my hair woes started long before that. Ladies in my low carb Facebook group would tend to start to lose a lot more hair than normal for them due to either weight loss or their body not gettting what it needed from foods or both. I don't know if it has helped any with growth but my hair definitely feels thicker. I've actually been taking it approximately 8 months or so and I'd say I have seen less hair coming out in the shower also. I take two of these a day. I don't know if it works for every individual but it has helped me.
