I'm very grateful actually that my co-worker shared her secret weapon against sickness: Source Naturals Wellness Formula Herbal Defense Complex. We just called it "Wellness" for short, and that's how it always felt to me. I had noticed that my friend never seemed to be out sick as often as everyone else, and I asked her why. We worked with a lot of very sick clients with all sorts of health conditions, and co-workers were regularly calling in sick with everything that was going around from colds and flu to stomach virus and more. I agree with another reviewer who pointed out that these tablets are especially helpful when taken at the first signs that you are getting sick or feeling unwell. I used 4-5 bottles of this formula for the whole family. It consists of vitamins C, A, D3, Zink, Selenium and herbs extracts. I use it with the very first symptom 3 tablets 3 times a day for 2-3 days and get much better. The only problem - the tablets are huge.

I`ve been consuming these supplements since I first noticed that it was a best-seller in iHerb. From a review of the ingredients, I can see why. This supplement is available in both capsule and tablet form, with the tablet form being more fragrant than the capsulized version. The capsules seem to be marginally easier to swallow. I like the fragrance, or perhaps my body does. It is a real help in the winter since I teach classes in which attendance is required and so some students come to classes sick. It is not 100% effective, but I think diet and sleep habits also play a big role in avoiding illnesses. I intend to continue taking these supplements for as long as possible.

I work with kids in the school sustem....I will say for tour normal run of the mill colds, I benefit from this by following the directions when I feel something coming on. The taste is more like puppy food👀...Not saying I have had puppy food but... Anywho...the quality is great ..that what I seem to find with this company in general.

These pack everything in a tablet the ingredients and quality are great. The tablets might be hard for some but I was okay taking them. Taste is a little funky but worth it for the benefits & health!

If I can choose to buy just 1 supplement for the rest of my life, this would be it. it keep the immune system strong and bugs away.

This wellness formula packs a lot of nutrition in one bottle! You would have to pay a lot to get all the ingredients in here separately. I would take it when I was feeling a little down on health and it does help one feel a little perkier. I think the amount and quality of ingredients seems very good.

I've been using this for a number of years. Every time I feel I might be coming up with a flu, I take 3 tablets. Sometimes, it stops the flu completely and the next day I'm good to go. When the flu is particularly strong I continue according to the usage directions and usually feel better within a week. Have recommended to many friends

i have yet to find a product that works as well as this one. If i get sick, it helps me recover quicker. but if i take it BEFORE i get sick (when im feeling run down and around people who are sick), it boosts my immunity and i dont get sick. MOST IMPORTANTLY- if i feel a cold sore coming on, it is the ONLY thing that works and makes it go away completely without even having an outbreak. it’s simply magic!

The ingredients are strong - this was the reason I chose this product and also heard good feedback about it from ohers. Hoping it will help me during the cold season. I believe in the brand's quality.
