I take this as a breastfeeding mom, because eating healthy and taking care of the baby became a challenge for me. So to ensure good health I chose this one as it has daily dose of iodine I need and vitamins A and E, which could be hard to get from food sometimes. It doesn’t give nausea when I take it at lunchtime on a full stomach! Otherwise it does (because of the zinc). Also because of the zinc you can’t properly absorb all the iron (too bad). But folate in it is essential for my mood and overall health. Capsule size is great and taste is amazing (but you need to swallow and not chew!) Also I wish it had more b12)))
