Love the 2500 or even the 1000mcg variant. Little chewable great tasting tablets. What a lot of people don‘t know is that to high doses of B12 can lead to pimples, so rather get those instead of the super high dosed ones. Big thumbs up! (Please leave a like if you found this valuable :)

Quality is great. The ingredients are clean. The size is good. It has folic acid. The packaging is good. It gives me energy. I can feel the effect. The potency is great. I don’t like the taste very much because there wasn’t a lot of flavors available when I ordered, but it is OK. Good for the nervous system.
