my family uses this product and finds it of good quality. age wise it is used 45 and above. CoQ10 is the ingredient and the benefit is for heart and skin. it is good source of antioxidant. hopefully, it'll help in cardiovascular issues also. I don't know the impact on brain and don't have info on taste too share.
