I bought it because it contains those trends or bacteria that have been studied to, among other beneficial effect, help regulate body weight, it’s impossible to understand whether there’s any result, but I recommend this product. It contain many of the most studied strands.
This is the best probiotic that I have had so far. It gently soothes my gut, balances the microbiome and reduces the appearance of bloating. It also seems to contribute to improved immunity and better skin. I an so glad that I found a probiotic that has a lot of positive impact. The taste is fairly neutral.
The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. The ingredients are same as the written on the bottle. Packaging is very friendly and easy to use. I use it for variety of recipes
