Good quality multivitamin! I've been taking this one for a few years now, I would recommend it for sure. I notice a difference with my nail strength, I also have a sensitive stomach and this doesn't upset it!
The pill sizes are very big, so for some people (including me) it may be hard to swallow. Also it has a strong, stinky smell, though when in the mouth the taste is neutral. I used it almost a year but I didn't realise any difference in my hair, skin and nails, but it's a good supplement As there are many vitamins in the ingredient.

Great quality, it has multiple ingredients that are beneficial for hair growth, the size is good as well lasts 2 months and has no taste easy to swallow. The dosage of vitamins seem to be good as well !
