Definitely one of the best ghee I've ever tasted

I have used other garlic ghee’s but they have been much more solid. This is a cross between a liquid and a solid. Runny enough to coat a pan as soon as you put it in the pan, no waiting for melting! Garlic taste is more mild than some other garlic products. Garlic is not my friend (my tummy does not like garlic) and using this product did not cause any of my usually symptoms when garlic is consumed (burping, gas, etc). Will buy again and probably have a new favorite product for pan roasting.

This is a high-quality organic ghee from Pure Indian Foods with good ingredients. It tastes pretty good and it works great for cooking. The only thing is the garlic is quite strong. You don't need to add any garlic to your dishes if you use this ghee.
