I used a similar products from the same company before, which I really liked but is no longer available on iHerb. So I tried this, and it's a bit disappointing. I only use 1/3 the dose and mix with other things...the previous incarnation was fine but this is barely passable.

GAT has the best quality ingredients and great taste. The packaging is always sturdy and the size is good to carry in duffel bag to gym. The benefits are good for the gym and I feel it helps with joint inflammation.
Using it to boost my energy levels when going to the gym or when the day is too stressful and draining. In 20 minutes it feels like you have a new battery to keep you throughout the day.
I use it in its various flavors. It seems to work for what it is supposed to accomplish. But, you know, I have no way of knowing for sure. I drink it mixed with water at the gym. It refreshes me there. Is it better than other similar products? You tell me.
