This magnesium works - I just ordered my second bottle. The price is right and I like that it is plant based. When I first started taking this magnesium supplement, it made me really tired and yawn a lot! I was definitely deficient in this CRUCIAL mineral (like most Americans). After taking a whole bottle I don't yawn anymore and have learned to just take it at night. It helps ease me into sleep. I wish I had known sooner I needed this... helps tension, stress. I take this at night time, because magnesium has shooting & calming effect. I tried in the afternoon and it caused me sleepy! I loved this magnesium it does help me relax my muscle & mind. I was a bit apprehensive to try this marine based magnesium. The previous one I was using worked very well and helped reduce tinnitus to almost nothing, but the pills were gigantic like horse pills. Thought I'd try the marine version for a change since it's more natural than the chemical based ones. It seems to be working. At first the tinnitus came back, but after about 10 days of taking this, it seems to be quieting down again and I'm feeling better. Haven't tested my levels though. Hope this one turns out to be good in the long run.
