Recently tried this brand over natural calm and I will not be going back to natural calm! Very good quality ingredients and dosage levels. The taste isn’t something to love but is palatable. Tight muscles benefited greatly from it!
Love the combination this supplement has, 3 grams of Glycine! I take it about 30 min to an hour before sleep and works fast!

I tried taking this to help with my sleep quality but the taste was very off putting. If you can tolerate the taste I think it would be beneficial
I had high hopes for this supplement as it's not the first Youtheory I bought. It seems to contain all the basic ingredients for proper night time sleep and nervous system support. It dissolves good in water, the taste is pretty pleasant so no bad experience with that. Did I notice any real results? Not really, at least not something that noticeable. Would I repurchase it? Probably, I'll go and discover something new.
My wife and I tried this. It worked ok for both of us. I had a lemon balm tea with valerian and added this to it. Slept fine.

It’s my first time purchasing this on iHerb but it is a repurchase product for me. It’s been a staple for my insomnia. I’ve come to love this brand because of this product’s high quality ingredients and the fact that it is non habit forming so I can use it only when I need to. I won’t lie it’s not the best flavor but as long as it works I’m ok with suffering through the taste. Follow the instructions because it really does knock you out in about 30 minutes.
