Highly recommended based on efficacy - it actually does what it is designed to - reduce pain and increase mobility. The problem is that it is rarely in stock (not just on iherb BUT EVERYWHERE). There is no point taking out a subscription. I last purchased it in June 2025. I'm still waiting now (December) for it to be restocked. Crazy + very disappointing. This is not iHerbs fault - its just a complicated supplement with some hard to source ingredients.
