I believe after one month of daily usage, it is recommended to take a rest stop consuming curcumin for ten days and continue for one month more and rest for ten days... after 3 months , to stop and rest for 3 months before starting with a new package and ...ect

Smells just like turmeric, is vegan and organic, non-gmo. Turmeric on its own is poorly absorbed; adding black pepper adds to its bio-availability. I don't have any medical problems, I just take it as a health supplement. Love it.

I like this product. It is, however, the only turmeric I have tried. I would like to see a COA to know the heavy metal content per capsule. I know Wild Harvest had some quality control issues in the past but the seems to have corrected it. I will continue to follow up and keep an eye out for other quality brands.

I really love this brand that's all their ingredients are organic and natural and good quality as well as the fact that there's nothing in their capsules that I dislike. my only complaint about them is that they are a lot more expensive than other brands that are just as high quality.
