Our 4 yo son (28kg) is much bigger than the average child his age and these were recommended to us by his paediatrician as well as the ASD/ADHD community were a part of. He can chew these tablets (he doesn’t like gummy lollies so these were the next best thing). The tablets are small (tea bag in the photo for size reference), annd they snap in half as well. We started with half a tablet each night and then moved to a full tablet after a few weeks. They work like an absolute treat, great quality melatonin without other added ingredients (make sure you check! Some have 500 times the recommended daily dose of vitamin B6!!!) Our “little guy” is asleep within 10-15 minutes. Previously we tried compound chemists, the price was exorbitant and the taste was yuck. These work better and don’t give him a headache like the liquid did!

Natural Factors has great quality products and I love their Melatonin I have used this in 1 mg and 3 mg and have found that 1 mg does the job If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take 1 additional mg and right back to sleep I am never without melatonin, even post surgery while in the hospital

Very easy to dissolve. Have some pappermint taste. The dosage even its only 1mg, but my kids get the benefit. Once they eat, after 20-30minute they well feel asleep. The size is very small even my 2y kids can eat it. And even my self if cannot sleep, i will take it 2-3 tabs. And feel very asleep so fast. I really trust the quality of this brand, the ingredients is clean. And i already bought this 2nd time.
These chewable melatonin are so handy. When I can’t sleep, they’re easy to pop without having to get up to get water. 1mg is plenty to knock me out.

The quality is good. The size is enough for 1-2 months. The dosage which I was taking was one pill we’re going to sleep. The taste is fresh and minty. But my doctor prescribed me this to improve my sleep which is a good benefit. The ingredients are appropriate. Check with your doctor.
