Great product, but expensive. I did notice within a day that my eyes and skin were more lubricated and no longer dry, which is a benefit. It does seem to help your hair, which is great. The ingredients seem to be good quality. It is nice to only have to take one capsule per day and the capsules are in a glass bottle.
