I tend to suffer from some anxiety of over thinking. I stayed taking this in hopes that it would help me focus a bit more. it really does help. I noticed my mood more positive too. the only down side is the pill is very large. I tend to take it last or cut it in half

It’s a good quality, natural ingredient. No taste the size is little bit big. The package is a small. I really feel clear after taking it so it’s it has good benefits. overall, it’s a good supplement. I’m not sure about work workout benefits, or diet wise
