Now I have tried A LOT of gluten free pasta, and seriously, nothing compares to Jovial. The texture, the taste, the consistency, its just like the standard wheat pasta. I have cooked this for my family loads of times and no one suspected that it was a gluten free option. I highly recommend this brand and all of their products.
This is hands down the best alternative (non-wheat flour) pasta I’ve ever eaten. I’ve tried whole wheat, garbanzo, lentil, etc., and those are pretty much always thick and chewy with a distinctive flavor. This pasta is nice and thin with a light flavor. If I hadn’t already known this was made with brown rice, I would have assumed it was regular pasta. I’ll definitely be ordering this again!

I love Jovial brown rice pastas!! The quality, taste, ingredients are all top notch and trustworthy. I can usually get quite few pasta dishes out of the size of this box. It does have a different taste to regular wheat pasta, but for me, I like it more. It has a bit more depth and it goes well with any sauce, even just oil/butter and cheese. If you are GF, you’ll definitely want to try this one!!
