Life Extension's Mega Green Tea extract is particularly high in EGCG (45%) and polyphenols (98%). Although it is lightly caffeinated, I don't feel anything from it. The caffeine amount, according to Life Extension's label, is less than 4 mg. I take it for a number of reasons but primarily because the high polyphenol and antioxidant content. Took it as overall antioxidant supplement, but also tried to see if will help with hair loss. I probably didn't persist long enough as for any hair loss supplement it is recommended to take it over 3-6 month period. Difficult to say if it helped as I was taking other supplement at the same time.

I love this product it’s high in polypenol prioritize products standardized to at least 45–50% EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) and 70–80% total catechins to ensure antioxidant potency. The size is great the ingredients ,the quality and the packaging.Will purshase again !

The light caffeination works well for enhanced clarity without jitters - subtle. I find these good for helping to reduce inflammation, even around the face and eyes - I'm not as puffy in the morning. I'm guessing it works well systemically too, against free-radicals, if the outside is looking less inflamed. :) Strong enough dose.

Lightly caffeinated version keeps some natural caffeine for a gentle energy lift while delivering 725mg of concentrated polyphenols.
