If you want an easy way that tastes good after a meal treat buy this. It not only tastes good it helps so much with digestion. My gut is so much better after taking this. I have very little stomach pain compared to a lot of stomach pain and gas. It has worked very well. High quality product with a good balance of necessary enzymes.

The acid chewable benefited me well. The taste was not bad at all. I miss read the number of chewable in the bottle. I thought it would have been more until I receive them. However, they helped me as far as acid indigestion is concerned.
I usually take the capsules that this brand offers, but they don’t seem to be available anywhere for quite some time. I’ve been using these and I don’t feel like they started out as effective as the capsules, but if you take them consistently, they seem to work just as well.

It is a good product after an acidic meal, because it is basically a digestive enzyme.. but the problem is, most of the heartburns etc happen when we haven’t eaten anything, so be aware, it is more like dogestive enzyme
