I hate the taste of oregano but this made it so easy for me and it helped my stomach so much. I had candidas and the benefit it of oregano is insane for it. The size of the pills are small so easy to swallow. The quality I find it good. The ingredients are 55% carvacrol and Enteric Coated.

As expected from NOW Foods, the product is good quality. The packaging was good, and the small gelatin capsules are easy to swallow, but they have a somewhat strong taste, which I think is normal. After swallowing the capsule, you will still taste the oregano; for me, it's not unpleasant.
