This Menopause Support by NOW Foods has really made a difference for me. I feel more balanced emotionally and the hot flashes have become less frequent.The capsules are easy to take and completely plant-based, which I appreciate. It’s gentle on my stomach and works naturally.I feel more like myself again. I’m truly grateful I found this and will keep using it.

I have been taking two in the morning, one at bedtime. I'm still having random hot flashes, but they are not real bad... yesterday I decided to take a fourth supplement, I took two at night and didn't sleep hardly at all... I got up in the morning and took two more, haha, you would have thought I had two big cups of coffee! yikes. my doctor told me to add extra red clover so i will (in bulk so I can do a little at a time). you can take extra black cohosh, but I started with only that supplement and made me very sick. it's probably best to do three a day. this supplement has been very very helpful I have stopped taking it and noticed a big difference. size of the pill is pretty easy to swallow, now brand is used by two different naturopaths I know. high quality ingredients.

I must say, I was skeptical, but after reading one of the reviews that mentioned taking this with Gold Omega 800, I tried it… It really, really helped with my headaches (the one or two I get during the cycle) and with Hot flashes. I only have to take it during those times and it still works! I just take 1 capsule with the Gold Omega 800 and the symptoms seem noticeably less. I am pretty impressed, especially since I do not need to take it constantly. One time I did not even need it for a couple of months, then I had a really bad perimenopause month, and it came in handy and got me through it. Great product! American living in Germany

When I stared menopause about a year and a half ago, I didn't know what was happening. I was getting such bad pains in my hips and back I couldn't sleep, I had a hard time moving around some days. A co-worker told me it was probably menopause. Then all the other symptoms started little by little and I didn't know what to do-I was in bad shape, My Doctor recommended these. They help a lot. I still get restless legs and hips most nights but I don't get the extreme pain anymore. The quality is great with a really nice price, and not much taste. It says 3 pills a day but I only take 2, I think three is overboard. The only thing I don't notice any improvement on is my brain fog and forgetfulness. Otherwise, I highly recommend this to anyone that needs some relief from all the crap that menopause brings!

The ingredients in Now brand supplements are always of good quality. Everything I've purchased of theirs have helped me, and this blend is no different. The capsule size is big, but typical, and easy to swallow. The dosage I've been taking has been 2 capsules 1x/day consistently for the past year, and it has helped ease my peri symptoms. Only recently have I started to experience hot flashes and night sweats, so I may increase the dose to the recommended 3 caps/day.
