I feel like this product delivers nutrients that absorb easily, without any tummy upset. It tastes pleasant, and there's enough of key nutrients that I don't have to worry about any "holes" in my diet. I feel much better taking this than I ever did with tablet-form multi products.
I initially bought this when my husband's surgeon told him to take a liquid multivitamin and a liquid iron supplement after his hernia surgery. I stirred a liquid iron supplement (nature's way) into the 2 tbsp dosage of this multivitamin to get the iron content up to 100% rdv, and mixed it all into a cold glass of water. it was delicious; tasted like a green smoothie. fast forward 2 years later and I'm still making this mixture for myself daily (husband is long since fully recovered, and he has a sweet tooth for gummy vitamins nowadays). I already take enough pills each day anyway, and this stuff just makes me feel great (I can absolutely feel the difference in my energy level when I miss a day). the ingredients are consistent and high quality, bottle after bottle. obviously I'm subscribed. one bottle lasts me just under one month (my only complaint is that there isn't 30 full servings as measured out... it's something more like 28 or 29). for reference, I'm age 42 and my husband is 47.

Very good, as are all the Natures Plus supplements I've tried. I wish there was no iron, however; I'm not sure if that is causing any constipation. Otherwise, helped to restore my energy and I would highly recommend over other multivitamins, especially if you can't swallow the big capsules.

I was concerned about what this product would taste like and am very happy to say it tastes great. This multivitamin has everything in there, so many ingredients besides the vitamins and minerals, like the adaptogens; astragalus and ginseng. The instructions say to take 2 tablespoons a day, I find this to be too much for me, so I only take 1 tablespoon per day. Nice big bottle.
