I have been using Gaia brand for a long time, I LOVE their turmeric supreme. I used this after a spine surgery to keep swelling down and it worked amazing! I healed so much quicker than the doctors expected. And I always recommend this turmeric for anyone who suffers from arthritis, swelling of any kind or recovering from surgery. Turmeric is also good for your skin! Everyone always tells me how young I look. I do take care of my skin but I have also been taking turmeric by Gaia for about 13 years now.
