Dosage is 2 spoons enough. Benefits are depends of your body. Taste is not really good. But you can drink it with juice

wonderful product thar benefit me with my memory and overall nervous system condition.i take dosage 1 tbsp with food or just water. taste is totally bearable, my kids even like it. size of the bottle is very convenient. I love that the ingredients are gmo free soy. granules is always tasty better for me capsules.
I’ve tried different brands of lecithin, including sunflower lecithin, but I like this soy lecithin the most. It has a better taste compared to sunflower lecithin, and I find the granulated form much more convenient to use than powder. I mainly take it to help manage my bad cholesterol, and so far I feel good with it. It works well for me and fits into my routine without any issues. Definitely my favorite lecithin product so far!
