I don't see any difference after taking these pills. I don't like the presence of cellulose in the capsules. I don't think cellulose is necessary for humans, but unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to that when ordering.
I was susceptible to bouts of arthritis since I was a child. Vitamin C was always my go to antioxidant to keep it at under control. But after some damage to my stomach, it became sensitive to the Ascorbic acid in Vit C. GrapeSeed is now what I use for the benefit that Vit C used to give me. I always trust the quality of Solaray
So far this package seems to be doing a solid job. This particular type seems to include OPCs at a sufficiently high dosage to be of high benefit, which was why I chose this one over some cheaper options. It seems like great value and quality for this dosage and composition. What's more, it doesn't affect my stomach, which is usually quite sensitive to supplements.
