I have been looking for a while for a beauty product that will help my skin, hair and nails and I like the fact that this product contains Keratin which hair is made up of so it made sense to me to buy this. I also loved the fact that there are no unnecessary ingredients in this supplement and I take 2 capsules every day. I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now and I must admit my hair seems stronger! I can highly recommend this product.

I am taking these supplements to help grow my hair longer with the added benefits of healthy nails and skin. I ordered these supplements in early June and now it’s mid August. So far, I’ve noticed my nails growing long without breaking off and my hair seems thicker. I do apply weekly treatments (hot oil, neutral henna masks, and deep conditioners) to my hair weekly, but I do believe this product is helping me see great results.

The quality is good and the ingredients is good for your body the dosage first week i took only one then the next week I started to take two the taste is normal the size of this bottle is great and i do see some improvement on my skin also the benefits is great too.
