Not only does this offer the best quality probiotics with raw ingredients, it also has digestive enzymes which greatly benefits the gut. I have a history of diverticulosis. While expensive, this is the only probiotic I've tried that has helped me avoid flare-ups and kept my GI tract stable. I've been taking it now for over 5 years. While everyone's system is different, I am grateful that it works well for me.
I love these, because they make me feel good physically and mentally. Also if I don’t get enough sleep the night before, I take two of these in the morning and they help out a lot. I am not as easily stressed out during the day. Also they have helped with upset stomach and diarrhea before. They support the immune system as well.
