Women's 55+, One Daily Multivitamin, 60 Tablets

I take many nutrients individually, and also take a one per day food source multi. I've tried a few and this is a really small tablet. I just began taking it so I don't notice changes compared to the other brand I was using. I do appreciate the small size, however.
