PQQ CoQ-10 with NAC & Glutathione, 30 VegCaps

I bought it for myself coz it has all that I need in lieu of my current solo reduced Glutathione supplement I have been taking. My clinical nutritionist cousin, always told me to buy NAC in addition to the reduced glutha. But because of the price of NAC available in healthy options, I did not buy until I found it here in iherb the plus combination of reduced Glutathione, PQQ, Co-Q10 and NAC and it’s a Solaray brand. Alrho quite expensive at 1,500 for a month, I bought it because of the contents. Well, good thing I have the stocks at hand coz my husband’s blood chem results got above baseline liver enzymes level, so we asked again my clinical nutritionist cousin and she recommended NAC. and I remembered when I had the same issue, injust took reduced glutha available here in the Phils (Methathione) and whoa, got a normal liver enzymes after months of taking it. So, great! My husband took the Reduced glutha and NAC with additional CoQ10 for the heart and PQQ. Thanks to this!!!

I started taking this supplement for the first 3 days I didn't see any results but after a week I saw results I was sleeping like a baby. I'm sensitive to any noise so it's easy to wake up in the middle of the night and it's hard to get back to sleep, now even if I wake up in the early morning I get to go back to my sleep right away. I'm almost afraid that if people that are more sensitive due to MTHFR or COMT genetic variants might find this helpful to use for energy and detox compounds both and make this unavailable for me in the future. It was a blend of helpful ingredients that my system could handle unlike higher dosages of often recommended supplements to fix our health.
