My 4th repurchase. The 360 pack lasts for at least 8 months. My husband takes two capsules once daily and it helps with removing excess DHT and converting the bad testosterone into good testosterone. His hair is pretty good but even with 2 capsules still slowly falls out- maybe need a bigger dosage. It’s also helpful if you have (male) teenagers with mood swings. I don’t recommend this product for women - take fenugreek instead.
