Great quality ingredients, a must if you’re working out while on keto. The other posters are spot-on with the taste though, it’s quite strong and can be a bit overwhelming if you’re thinking of just sipping it slowly. Using ice helps a lot, but just chug it and get it over with.
This is an update --> (3rd order). I noticed a difference in the size but it has the same amount of powder. The package arrived in good condition. I’ve expected the size to be bigger, so I’ll need to order another one if I use 1 scope daily. The first time I mixed it with water, the color is bright and the smell is strong, flavor was ok but not for me as it has a synthetic flavor at the end. The second time I’ve added a packet of my lemonade water flavor and it turned to be REALLY GOOD! The nice part is that I’ve did a test after 2 hours of drinking it and working out at the gym and surely my ketone levels were higher. Ingredients will support low carb and Keto diet. It supposed to increase Ketone levels which will help in weight loss. I'm happy that it didn't upset my sensitive stomach. I'm happy with the results so I'll keep ordering this once finished.
Well, i feel hot or i say sweating when drinking this and it taste not much good for me. I can't even finish a 300ml . I stopped because it taste awful. But surely my appetite subside. I just have to have the guts to continue this because i think its real effective
What is Keto Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB)? Beta-Hydroxybutyrate is one of the three main ketone bodies your body produces during ketosis (along with acetoacetate and acetone). When you follow a low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet, your liver starts producing BHB from fats as an alternative energy source to glucose. In supplement form, BHB salts or esters are often marketed to help: Get into ketosis faster Reduce keto flu symptoms Increase energy and mental clarity Suppress appetite
This product was a pleasant surprise. I thought it was going to be bitter but it’s really sweet. I love how it tastes. The size is convenient and the composition is great. This product will help you to increase ketones. You can use it as an ingredient for different keto recipes like ice cream.
I've been on a keto diet for a while, and NaturesPlus' BHB Keto Living in Berry Lemonade flavor has been a game-changer. The taste is delightful, not overly sweet but with a refreshing lemon and berry twist, making it a pleasure to drink. I've noticed a significant boost in energy and focus without the crash you get from other energy drinks. It's helped curb my cravings, making staying in ketosis much easier. The convenience of mixing it into water for an instant energy drink has been fantastic for my busy lifestyle. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to enhance their keto journey with a tasty, effective supplement.
Im a fan of NaturesPlus products and thought Id give this a try. An unexpected result was that it helped reduce my hunger throughout the day allowing me to eat less.
Product arrived quickly, the powder was not solid and it tastes great so it’s good quality. Size is more than enough for a month and the ingredients are fairly clean. Composition and package were good. Overall happy with the product
