I was looking for something for hair loss and did some quick research on what ingredients to look for, I decided to go with this brand as it had multiple benefits. It was vegan which not all similar products are, it had good ingredients, good reviews, and the fact that you only need to take one tablet per day (which is especially meaningful if you have to take other things in addition such as other vitamins or medications, it's really hard to take a lot of things per day so one tablet is much more comfortable to take). It also had a really good price, as you only need one per day so one box can last you for a few months, so we were able to share some tablets with more family members with similar issues too. However I was skeptical on it actually having a noticable difference, usually when we take vitamins or similar things it's hard to point the finger on if it's working or not, especially if you take multiple things at once, but this actually showed a pretty quick difference within a few weeks, not only on the hair but especially on the skin.
A product that I order again and again and feel that it has a good effect on my hair and nails. During the period when I took a break, I clearly saw that it was having a negative effect on my body. I had hair loss and my nails were brittle and weak.
