We took this for the month leading up to our Thailand trip and the duration of our two and a half weeks there. It kept us quite healthy with no health hiccups at all.
Started using a 100 billion CFU probiotic and it’s definitely on the stronger side compared to standard doses. You can feel that it’s doing something, especially in the first few days. It’s not subtle — more of an active shift in the gut. What I noticed: • digestion feels more active initially • some adjustment phase (slight gas/bloating at first) • over time, things feel more balanced It’s not necessarily “better” just because it’s high dose — tolerance matters a lot. Key takeaway: • high potency, noticeable effects • may need time to adjust • works best when introduced gradually Good option if you handle probiotics well, but not something to jump into aggressively.

These are my fave. I feel the diff the next day, and like to take with each meal to help with bloating. I might take two with a meal depending on what it is (meat/dairy heavy). Def helps with the ice cream flatulence. Love that they are also vegetarian and not a giant pill or super small pill that makes you wonder if it's even working.
