I aim for at least 2 grams of omega-3s per day. But I prefer to spread smaller doses of omega-3s throughout the day to meet my daily goal. That’s where SR’s Keto Omega formula comes in. It provides 1400 mgs of omega-3 fatty acids in four capsules which comes out to 350 mgs per capsule. This gives me the ability to take smaller additional doses with smaller meals throughout the day. Using both products, I can easily meet my goal of 2 grams+ (2000 mgs) per day. The Keto Omega formula allows me to be flexible. On days when I do resistance training, I like to pop an extra Keto right after my workout. The addition of astaxanthin is also a plus. Did a lot of research and found these to be of higher quality due to the ingredient list. the use of salmon oil, krill oil, and Pollock makes it nice and diverse, which can really benefit digestive ecosystems more than other brands with only one source of oil. Package/bottle came with a scented insert that smells really good & causes the pills to taste good as well.

Sports Research proved to be a best when it comes to Omega-3. i also tried Life expectancy, it wasn't as good quality as this. Ingredients seem high quality. Package is nice. I have benefit of my bones cracking less. The only problem is if I stop taking it the cracking starts again.
