I never knew Kamut before but I heard some influencer said it is a good diet food. So, the person eats only steamed Kamut like daily rice if quick diet needed. It has a lot of fiber contains and completely cooked Kamut is so delicious. The taste is like popping corns! Even my kids are eating that fun ways. They are popping Kamut with their back teeth and let me hear how sounds like it. It was so funny and cute eating time because they are only 9, 7 and 2. I definitely highly recommend this product someone cares healthy diet meals and good ingredients food. Only little bothering parts is that I have to cook little overtime to wait than making regular rice. But anyhow I cook rice with this and waiting little longer is not that much work for me. I used Cuckoo rice cooker and I use the cooking function for an hour. Completely cooking well with it. As a simple recipe, just make rice way like mix it together with daily rice and eat the same way instead only rice. Very simple to cook but also very good taste and life healthier!

I tried this out of curiosity after having puffed Kamut cereal, and this is a really delicious grain. It tastes a little bit like barley or brown rice, and it's very chewy. It does take a few hours to cook, though, unless you soak it overnight. But it's very worth it! An excellent new staple to keep in my pantry!

made with top quality ingredients that taste good. we cook it in the rice cooker and no problem at all. we use it as a base for saucy dishes and it works well. the size can be a bit bigger as one bag doesn't last very long. but at least it stays fresh

Kamut grain tastes very nutty to me. I used a wheat grinder to make flour with it. It seems to grind well and allows me to add fresh grain to muffins and breads. It creates a nuttier flavor, so keep that in mind when choosing recipes to use it with.
