Tri-Color Pearl Couscous, 16 oz (454 g)

For me, this is like an alternative to macaroni, only in the form of tiny circles. Ingredients: Wheat flour, spinach powder, tomato powder, annatto (colorant). I took the tricolor option, there are also classic options without coloring with spinach or tomato powder. The taste is like good pasta, even more interesting because of the shape. You can cook different main dishes with this ptitim, you can throw it in soup. I liked the quality, I buy it not for the first time.

I love the "pearl" size of this couscous. It has a wonderful chewy texture and the tri-color mix makes every dish look like it came from a gourmet restaurant. A pantry must-have!

It was difficult to locate couscous at my local grocery store but online has it so ordered it. I hope I don't get the rancid odor that often comes with couscous if left too long.

I have long been a fan of Boby's Red Mill products and I have purchased many of them. Never had a problem. This was a first-time purchase of this item and I was not disappointed. I thought the price was competitive and the colors made my dish look more appealing. I would buy it again.

Tricolor pearl couscous are delightfully nutty, chewy balls of toasted semolina flour. This versatile alternative to pasta or rice is excellent in salads or topped with your favorite pasta sauce.

I like that the size of these couscous grains are larger and are therefore more filling! I find the Bob's Red Mill products to never disappoint me in their great quality and delicious taste.
