It doesn't tangle as long as you use it right and it feels really good. Havent tried it in the shower yet but im sure it woukd be good for massaging in shampoo or scalp exfoliator.

I love the idea but I have such thick hair that as soon as it gets wet, this thing is incapable of penetrating to my scalp.
