The Optimim Nutrition Creatine [+] in the orange passion fruit flavor is quite tasty and turns a brilliant orange color when mixed with water. The flavor does have a bit of a bitter aftertaste, but for those who like passion fruit, it actually tastes like passion fruit, which I don’t find to be the case with most passion fruit flavoring. I appreciate that it mixes in really easily and isn’t gritty at all. It is really satisfying after a hard workout. While I don’t have any complaints, I tend to double my creatine to help with women’s health and wellness, which isn’t as practical to do with this creatine drink as it is with unflavored. I would buy this again, though, and rotate it with the brand I normally use.

This product has a lot of value with over a month’s worth of creatine. I feel like it’s enough for my muscle recovery after Pilates, and helps with brain support. I mixed it with water and some guava juice and the consistency is really good. It’s not chalky or too texturized. This little mocktail has become a daily post-workout routine for me! The only thing I don’t love is the artificial sweeteners and dyes. Creatine should be a natural supplement that enhances what the body creates, but these dyes only add fake stuff to it.

Would not recommend dry scooping this, as the powder itself is very sweet. Needs a good anount of stirring to completely dissolve. Good consistency once mixed.
