The primary materials that compose this product contain a minimum of 20 percent recycled content. The ASICS® Novablast 5 Platinum running shoe's midsole and outsole geometry help produce an energized ride. Their FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning helps create softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training. These low-top shoes are made of a breathable, engineered mesh polyester upper that helps reduce the need for additional overlays. At least 50% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions. The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology. These running shoes are designed with a polyester insole and lining for all-day comfort. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. These lace-up shoes are a part of the PLATINUM collection and are designed with premium and sophisticated styling. They feature silver cutting welder details on the ASICS® Stripes logo and silver spray accents on the midsole for a premium finish. Heel pull tab. Round toe design. Synthetic rubber outsole. This is a very comfortable shoe. It looks good as well. I wear it for daily walk, runs and casual wear. Good colors as well!

If I could have only 1 shoe for running this would be the one..its the multitool of shoes. light, comfortable and it looks nice too. I use the gel nimbus 27 as my daily runners but the novablasts are pretty close to comfortability.

Best............................................. For my purposes in Jog/Running your ASICS Nova-blast 5 Platinum shoes are the best. This is my second pair of Nova blast shoes in 4 years.

Great shoe to wear all day: Very comfortable to exercise, run, cross fit, or just to walk your favorite mall. Great eye appeal with the platinum look (I own two other platinum colorways). I own 6-8 pair of Asics and my feet never felt better!
