Very comfortable pretty shoe: The Ghost Amp is very comfortable. This has more cushion than the regular Ghost The glycerin style is my favorite, and this shoe is very close to that. Very happy. And I love the purple color!
Light and Springy with the Classic Ghost Cushion: The ghost amp feels like the perfect combination of the traditional ghost and the Hyperion 2. They are light and springy, while maintaining the cushion of the ghost. I have used them for training, speed work, and long distance runs. These are by far my favorite shoes from brooks! I did need to go up a half size, but otherwise the shoes are fantastic!
I love Brooks and always get Ghosts but this style was not for me. It was much thinner and hurt my feet every time I wore them. I returned them.
I loved these and they looked and felt great in every way except -- they dug into the right side of my right ankle. I've never had a shoe do this before. Sadly, I have to return them.
I cant rate the arch support because where the arch of the insole hit my foot was not where my arch is. I am not sure whether Brooks has altered there size or overall design but these feel very different from previous versions.
These are my hospital work shoes as a OR RN. I’m on my feet for 12 hours 12k-15k steps a shift three days a week. I’ve got a narrow foot and wear a size 9. They rock. Next to the Glycerins these Ghosts have been my favorite style in Brooks.
Love it I work with them also because I climb stairs run a little bit it propels I am faster
